Baaji Terms & Conditions — Clear & Simple Language

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between baaji and its users. By using the baaji.id website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Baaji is an online gaming and betting platform operating under a license issued by an international gaming authority. All our services are provided within a fully legal framework.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using baaji's services. These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the app or site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering on baaji. Creating an account with false details is a violation of baaji's Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination.

Information required at registration:

• Valid email address

• Date of birth (for 18+ verification)
• Username and strong password

Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts and their balances will be forfeited.

To use baaji's services, the following conditions must be met. These conditions are strictly enforced and supporting evidence may be requested during verification.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. baaji does not support underage gaming under any circumstances.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and fully capable of making decisions.
• Legal restrictions: If online gaming is prohibited by law in your place of residence, you are not permitted to use Baaji.
• Your Own Funds: You must play with your own funds. Avoid gaming with borrowed money or funds belonging to someone else.

Baaji accepts all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh for deposits — Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers and cryptocurrency are also supported.

Key Deposit Terms:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200 (varies by method)
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits are not accepted
• Baaji charges no deposit processing fees
• Depositing with a credit card or borrowed funds is prohibited

Baaji honors every legitimate withdrawal request. Our goal is to get your winnings to you as quickly as possible.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours
• KYC verification is mandatory for first-time or large withdrawals
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method as the original deposit
• Withdrawals are restricted until wagering requirements are met when an active bonus is in place

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering requirements: The bonus amount will become withdrawable after being wagered a specified number of times
• Validity Period: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days

• Maximum Bet: A maximum bet limit may apply per wager while a bonus is active
• Each individual may claim the welcome bonus once only

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baaji. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Where complaints against other users are proven

If you wish to close your account, please contact Customer Support. If you have a remaining balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it (provided no terms violations have occurred).

Baaji strives to deliver the highest standard of service; however, in certain circumstances baaji's liability is limited:

• Losses resulting from the user's own internet connection issues
• Technical issues on the part of third-party service providers (Mobile Banking, Nagad, etc.)
• Service disruption due to force majeure events
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or error

Baaji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• 7 days' notice will be given prior to any significant changes
• Continued use of the service after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms
• You are encouraged to visit this page regularly
• Notifications of important changes will be sent to your registered email address
